Her story

A Calm, Experienced Presence When It Matters Most

Natasha began her placement career more than two decades ago, and in that time she has personally guided hundreds of families through transitions where trust, timing, and fit truly matter.

She has seen how overwhelming the decision can feel. Questions about safety, finances, care levels, and emotional readiness tend to arrive all at once, and usually at a difficult moment. Her role is to bring calm and steady direction to that process.

Her approach begins with listening. Every family's situation is different, and every senior has a unique personality, history, and set of needs, so she never works from a script or a standard list.

Triangle Senior Placement is her woman owned, independent, local practice, with no corporate or franchise ties. That shows in how she works: directly with each family, from the first call through move in.

How Natasha is different

Not All Placement Support Is the Same

Some services operate nationally. Some provide long lists of communities with little context. Others move quickly because volume matters. Natasha built Triangle Senior Placement to be intentionally different. As a woman owned, independent, local practice, she works directly with families herself, not through a call center or rotating advisors. Here is what that means for you.

Local Insight, Not Generic Referrals

Communities across Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill each have their own culture, leadership style, and care philosophy. Knowing those differences matters.

Quality Over Volume

You will not receive an overwhelming list. You will receive focused recommendations that truly align.

Clarity Around Pricing and Care Levels

Fee structures and care tiers can be confusing. Natasha helps families understand what is included, what may change, and what to anticipate over the long term.

A Relationship, Not a Transaction

You work directly with one experienced advisor from start to finish. Choosing the right community is not about availability. It is about fit.

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is your service really free?

Yes, always, and there is never a fee or obligation for your family. Triangle Senior Placement is compensated by the partner communities we work with, which allows us to give families our full guidance and support at no cost.

Are you affiliated with one specific community?

No, and that independence exists to protect your family. We are not owned by or tied to any community or franchise, so every recommendation is shaped only by what genuinely fits your loved one.

Will you push certain communities?

Never, and we understand why families ask. Trust has to be earned in this process. Our recommendations are based on care needs, preferences, and budget alignment, and if a community is not the right fit for your loved one, we will tell you so honestly.

How quickly can we begin?

Usually within 24-48 hours of reaching out. And if your family is in the middle of a crisis, say so, and we will meet the moment with you.
